How We Use Your Information

We process your data to stand up emulations, validate system behaviors, and resolve the fidelity gap. Your information is also utilized to coordinate with federal defense stakeholders, dispatch system alerts, and verify compliance with state-machine policies.

3

Data Sharing & Third Parties

Scalable Cyber does not sell or lease system context or emulation parameters. We share information only with designated federal program managers, security audit partners under NDA, or as necessary to prevent real-world infrastructure disruption.

4

Cookies & Tracking

Our secure control panels utilize functional tokens and security cookies to preserve active session status and handle cryptographic validation. No marketing or cross-site tracking cookies are injected into runtime developer consoles.

5

Data Security

Emulation binaries, source code inputs, and fidelity assessment reports are stored in isolated encrypted buckets compliant with SDVOB federal baseline controls. We employ AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and enforce strict role-based access control.

6

Your Rights

You maintain absolute ownership of your emulation projects. You hold the right to review, retrieve, or completely delete any uploaded documentation or compiled firmware binaries. Standard verification is completed immediately upon request.

7

Children's Privacy

Our platforms are tailored exclusively for professional hardware developers, enterprise system operators, and accreditation authorities. We do not solicit or process any information from individuals under the age of 18.
